I have been using this Scanpan for a few weeks now and have found it to be absolutely amazing! Not only have I enjoyed cooking chicken and trout but mostly the vegetables. The best feature I found is it's clean-up. There vurtually is none. Even carmalized glazes wipe off with ease.
